Made using some beautiful early 20th century Japanese Natural indigo cotton, this classic early/mid 1900's Mid brim unstructured ball cap will mold to your head with wear.

This fabric was originally a noragi jacket and features some beautiful boro/sashiko repairs. I've tried to incorporate these into each piece.

- Vintage (early 20th century) Japanese Natural Indigo dyed cotton / vintage mid 20th century Japanese print cotton lining internal panels / Furoshiki under visor

- Hand cut merino felt wool logo

- Mid 2 1/2" Canvas lined fully stitched unbreakable brim

- D-Ring rear adjustable strap

- Reece 101 stitched eyelets

- Cotton sweatband for comfort

All of my caps are handmade from start to finish by me, using machines from the 1920's-1960's. No two caps are the same and differences in construction are to be celebrated.
