Corduroy 5 Panel Embroidered Trucker Cap

This particular cap style is based off a 1970's corduroy rope trucker cap. It features a 5 panel crown which I have slightly modified by taking some of the depth out of it, a common feature in trucker caps, making it slightly more modern fitting, but still staying true to the style.

The caps are made using a beautiful Wine/deep burgundy 12W Japanese milled corduroy. They also feature a cotton thread embroidered logo using my 1940's Irish Singer 107w102.

The visor inserts are original from the 1970's coming out of a long closed US factory. Each cap has features some beautiful braided rayon cording across the top of the visor, consistent with caps from the era.
