My cap making journey began almost ten years ago when I decided I was going to make a cycling cap for myself. I made cycling caps consistently for the first 3-4 years of this little business before moving onto the styles I make today. I felt it was time to revisit my cycling cap pattern and here's the result.

Made using a mixture of late 19th Century/early to mid 20th century Japanese Natural Indigo dyed cotton and hemp, this classic cycling cap will mold to your head with wear. This fabric will lighten and fade with wears and washes.

Nothing tech about these caps, all 100% cotton/hempProduct details:

- Vintage Japanese Natural Indigo dyed cotton/hemp

- Short Cycling cap Canvas lined unbreakable visor

- Indigo dyed thread

All of my caps are handmade from start to finish by me, using machines from the 1920's-1960's. No two caps are the same and differences in construction are to be celebrated.
