This fabric is early-mid 20th century and should be treated with care. This fabric has been natural Indigo/charcoal dyed and therefore will bleed when washed. There may be small colour inconsistencies and fading on the fabric and these are to be celebrated. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

For this particular cap I've used an original A.G.Spalding pattern from the era which features a 6 panel crown, but have added a rear adjustable strap for sizing flexibility and comfort.

Made using some beautiful early 20th century Japanese Natural indigo/charcoal dyed cotton, this classic late 1930's Mid brim ball cap will mold to your head with wear. This fabric is almost black in colour and will fade to a grayish indigo with wears and washes.

I have added a beautiful wool felt motif. This wool felt was hand-dyed by Jo @indigoinspirations in her home in Mullumbimby, Northern NSW. This wool felt is made of Pure New Wool, which is naturally nonflammable and dirt repellent.
