For this particular cap I’ve used an original pattern from the era which features an unstructured 6 panel crown, a cotton twill sweatband, Singer 32-43 oversized stitched, and an unbreakable soft 2” inch stitched visor consistent with caps from the era.

The fabric is a beautiful wool flannel milled in the UK. It features some beautiful shades of pink, blue and yellow. This cap also features a cotton twill D-ring adjustable strap for comfort and fit.

Features:

- British milled Wool flannel / Japanese cotton twill under visor

- Singer 32-43 oversized stitched eyelets

- Black cotton twill sweatband

- D-ring adjustable cotton twill strap

- Canvas lined 2” inch unbreakable stitched brim

All of my caps are handmade from start to finish by me, using machines from the 1920’s-1960’s. No two caps are the same and differences in construction are to be celebrated.
