For this particular cap I've used an original A.G.Spalding pattern from the era which features a 6 panel crown, but have added a rear adjustable strap for sizing flexibility and comfort.

Made using 10oz Black Japanese Duck cotton cotton, this classic late 1930's Mid brim ball cap will mold to your head with wear. This fabric is more of a matte black in colour.

I have added a beautiful wool felt motif. This wool felt was hand-dyed by Jo @indigoinspirations in her home in Mullumbimby, Northern NSW. This wool felt is made of Pure New Wool, which is naturally nonflammable and dirt repellent.

All of my caps are handmade from start to finish by me, using machines from the 1920's-1960's. No two caps are the same and differences in construction are to be celebrated.
